Fatal Sacramento crash death of Victor Levell Harmon – Obituary

Victor Levell Harmon, a 40-year-old resident of Sacramento, lost his life in a head-on collision with a dump truck on April 17 in South Sacramento. The accident occurred near South Watt Avenue, between Florin Road and Elder Creek Road.

 

According to the California Highway Patrol, Harmon was driving a Buick northbound on Watt Avenue when he attempted to pass other vehicles. At the same time, a dump truck was heading southbound in the same area. Despite efforts from both drivers to prevent the collision, they were unable to avoid impact.

 

Harmon was rushed to a nearby hospital following the crash, where he later died from his injuries. Authorities confirmed that the driver of the dump truck was not injured.
