Franklyn Isaac Ochoa Corea, 37, was discovered dead from gunshot wounds Tuesday night in east Jefferson County, Alabama.
Jefferson County deputies responded around 8:30 p.m. to the 5300 block of Ruby Carson Boulevard after receiving a call about an unresponsive individual. Upon arrival, they located Ochoa Corea, who had been shot. Emergency responders from Center Point Fire & Rescue confirmed his death at the scene.
