Fatal Delray Beach, Florida crash death of James Lawrence Rose, Gerald Levy, Thelma Levy, and Arlene Rose – Obituary

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — A high-speed crash on South Military Trail in Delray Beach on Monday, April 21, 2025, resulted in the deaths of four individuals. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office identified the victims as James Lawrence Rose, 88, Gerald Levy, 92, Thelma Levy, 94, and Arlene Rose, 87. The crash occurred when a southbound vehicle, traveling at high speed, collided with another vehicle that was making a left turn into the Polo Club Shops at approximately 8:57 p.m. The force of the crash caused both vehicles to veer off the road, with the turning vehicle crashing into a concrete utility pole. All four victims in the turning vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle, both young adults, sustained serious injuries and were taken to Delray Medical Center. Authorities have notified the victims’ next of kin.
