Fatal Garfield County crash death of Joshua Griffin – Obituary
Joshua Griffin, 48, of Panguitch, tragically passed away on April 22 after his vehicle crashed on State Route 12, about 8 miles west of Escalante. The crash occurred around 6:45 p.m. when Griffin’s Jeep Cherokee veered off the road and rolled multiple times. Griffin was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
The vehicle had been traveling west when it drifted right, corrected to the left, and swerved before ultimately rolling off the left side of the road. Griffin was the sole occupant of the vehicle, and no further details have been released. The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
