Fatal Franklin County crash death of Allen and Alberta Pensinger – Obituary

Two individuals, Allen and Alberta Pensinger, tragically lost their lives in a crash on Route 696 in Southampton Township on Monday morning. The incident occurred around 10 a.m. when a Ford rear-ended a Mercury, causing it to veer into the path of an oncoming Volvo. The Volvo driver lost control and ended up in a nearby field.

Both the driver and passenger of the Mercury, the Pensingers, were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Ford refused medical transport, and the Volvo driver was unharmed. State police are continuing to investigate the crash.
