Travis Salo dies in fatal Pend Oreille County crash
Fatal Pend Oreille County crash death of Travis Salo – Obituary
Travis Salo, 36, from Ione, Washington, tragically passed away in a single-vehicle accident on State Route 31 late Friday night. The crash occurred at around 11:22 p.m., roughly two miles south of Metaline, Washington.
According to the Washington State Patrol, Salo was traveling southbound on SR 31 when he lost control of his vehicle, leaving the roadway and striking a large street sign. He was declared dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
