Luis G. Vicente-Martinez was killed during a robbery that escalated into a shooting in the early hours of March 15, 2025, on Curry Ford Road in Orlando.

Officers responding to reports of gunfire found Vicente-Martinez fatally wounded inside a van parked in the 5700 block.

A police investigation determined the shooting occurred as part of a robbery. Authorities initially arrested Gabriel Joel Bruno De Leon, 27, in Puerto Rico on April 11. He faces charges including first-degree murder with a firearm, robbery with a firearm, and second-degree grand theft.

Later, investigators identified a second suspect, Ibanys Oliver, 43, as the individual who allegedly drove the vehicle used during the fatal incident. Oliver has been charged with accessory after the fact, a capital felony, and taken into custody by the Orlando Police Department’s Fugitive Investigative Unit.

No further details about the investigation have been released by police.
