Fatal Minneapolis shooting death of Merelle Joan White – Obituary
Merelle Joan White, age 20, was among those tragically killed in a mass shooting on Tuesday night in Minneapolis.
She was found with fatal gunshot wounds at the 1500 block of 25th Street East. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner ruled her death a homicide.
White’s life was taken in the same incident that killed Evan Denny and Joseph Goodwin. Minneapolis police believe the attack was carried out by James Duane Ortley, who has since been charged with multiple counts of murder and attempted murder.
