Brandon Michael Lollis dies in fatal Pickens County car crash

Fatal Pickens County car crash death of Brandon Michael Lollis – Obituary

The Pickens County Coroner’s Office has confirmed that 27-year-old Brandon Michael Lollis, a resident of Central, South Carolina, lost his life in a single-vehicle accident Saturday night near Liberty.

Emergency responders from EMS and the Liberty Area Fire District were called to the crash site on Stewart Gin Road. Authorities report that Lollis was heading toward Stencil Road when his vehicle veered off the left side of the road, colliding with a telephone pole and multiple trees.

Lollis was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and died on the scene from multiple blunt force injuries, according to the coroner.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the coroner’s office are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
