Fatal Augusta, Georgia, car crash death of Camden Poole – Obituary

An 8-year-old boy, Camden Poole, tragically lost his life in a car crash on May 5 in Augusta, Georgia, near the intersection of Peach Orchard Road and Tobacco Road.

The accident occurred around 1:04 p.m. when a vehicle traveling southbound on Peach Orchard collided with another car attempting to turn left at the intersection. The first vehicle contained two adults and a child, while the second vehicle had one adult inside.

Emergency responders quickly transported all those in the first vehicle to the hospital for treatment. Despite efforts to save him, Camden Poole, of Hephzibah, Georgia, succumbed to his injuries.

Authorities have stated that the Traffic Division is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident.
