Catherine Rodgers, a 60-year-old woman from New Castle, Pennsylvania, lost her life early Monday morning in a two-vehicle head-on collision on Route 422 in Pulaski Township, Lawrence County. The crash happened around 6:45 a.m. near the state border.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Rodgers had been driving eastbound on Route 422 when she attempted to turn left onto Marr Road. During the turn, her vehicle was struck by a car traveling west. Authorities confirmed that Rodgers was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
