Fatal Richmond shooting death of June Green, Jr. – Obituary
On Friday, May 2, 50-year-old June Green, Jr. was found dead in Richmond’s Northside after suffering a gunshot wound. Richmond Police responded to a call around 4:03 p.m. on the 3900 block of Old Brook Road, where they discovered Green, Jr. lying on the ground. Despite efforts at the scene, he was pronounced dead.
The Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause and manner of death. Richmond police are treating the incident as a homicide and are asking anyone with information to contact Detective B. Neifeld at 804-646-3246.
