Kelsy Ramos, a 44-year-old woman from Turlock who had been reported missing last Friday, was found dead in Selma on Monday, according to authorities.

Family members last saw Ramos around 10 a.m. on Friday. By that afternoon, her car was seen near Shaw Avenue in Fresno just before 3:30 p.m., raising concerns about her whereabouts.

After an extensive search, the Turlock Police Department confirmed her body was discovered in Selma. While investigators are still working to determine the exact cause of death, officials reported that no signs of foul play were evident at the location where she was found.

Authorities continue to look into the circumstances surrounding her death.
