Paul Horacio Caputto dies in fatal Warren County pedestrian crash

Fatal Warren County pedestrian crash death of Paul Horacio Caputto – Obituary.

Paul Horacio Caputto, 57, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, tragically died after being struck by a vehicle in Bowling Green, Kentucky, on April 29, 2025. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident around 6 p.m. at 11830 Nashville Road.

Witnesses reported that Caputto had exited a Dollar General store and walked into the northbound lane of 31W. Multiple vehicles attempted to avoid him, but one was unable to stop in time and hit him.

Several bystanders rushed to provide aid before emergency personnel arrived. Caputto was transported to a local hospital by Bowling Green EMS, but despite their efforts, he was later pronounced dead.

Woodburn Volunteer Fire Department and Bowling Green EMS also assisted at the scene as the investigation continues.
