Fatal Fresno pedestrian crash death of William Haywood – Obituary
William Haywood, a 60-year-old resident of Fresno, lost his life after being hit by a car late Saturday night, according to the Fresno County Coroner’s Office.
The incident took place around 11:15 p.m. near Blackstone Avenue and Saginaw Way. When officers arrived, they discovered Haywood lying in the roadway with severe injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities report that the driver involved remained at the location and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
