Fatal Carthage shooting death of William Heard – Obituary

William Heard, 38, was shot and killed early Monday morning in the Carthage neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio.

According to police, officers responded to reports of gunfire at around 1:30 a.m. on West 68th Street. When they arrived, they discovered Heard suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in an alleyway.

Emergency personnel confirmed that Heard had died at the scene from his injuries. Both the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office and the Cincinnati Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Section were called in to investigate.

Authorities have not released any information about potential suspects, and the case remains under active investigation.
