Fatal Windsor Locks car crash death of Carlos Sosa – Obituary

Carlos Sosa, 74, of Granby, Massachusetts, lost his life in a tragic accident Thursday when his vehicle crashed off Interstate 91 south in Windsor Locks, Connecticut.

According to Connecticut State Police, Sosa was traveling in a 2007 Cadillac STS on the Exit 40 off-ramp leading to Route 20. While driving in the left lane, his car veered off the roadway, crossed the shoulder into a grassy area, and collided with a tree.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and pronounced Sosa dead from his injuries. Authorities have not yet determined what caused the vehicle to leave the road.
