John Fisher, 36, tragically died following a car accident in Maryvale on Friday evening. The crash occurred around 6:45 p.m. near the intersection of 78th Avenue and Indian School Road. When Phoenix police arrived, they discovered three adults with injuries; two were treated for non-life-threatening wounds, while Fisher was taken to the hospital in critical condition and later passed away.

According to initial reports, Fisher was driving westbound on Indian School Road when another vehicle exited a business and struck his car. Authorities noted that Fisher was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.
