Fatal Dallas motorcycle crash deaths of Kevin Eugene Waggoner and Sirayjah Parson – Obituary

Kevin Eugene Waggoner, 33, and 8-year-old Sirayjah Parson were killed Saturday evening in a devastating motorcycle accident in the 3200 block of Lancaster Road in Dallas. According to the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office, both were pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the crash occurred around 6 p.m.

Dallas Police responded to reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and two children. Investigators say Waggoner lost control of the motorcycle, which then struck the two young children. Sirayjah Parson died as a result of the impact, while the second child was transported to a local hospital with injuries, though their condition remains undisclosed.

The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation by Dallas authorities.
