Fatal Clinton, Maryland shooting death of Anthony Traevon Dawson – Obituary

Anthony Traevon Dawson, 30, was shot and killed Monday night in Clinton, Maryland, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.

Authorities responded around 9:40 p.m. to reports of gunfire along the 9800 block of Piscataway Road. When officers arrived, they discovered Dawson suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting and are working to identify any suspects.

Police are urging anyone with relevant information to reach out to Prince George’s County Crime Solvers. A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for tips that lead to an arrest and indictment.
