Brayden Griffin dies in fatal Meridian car crash

Fatal Meridian car crash death of Brayden Griffin – Obituary

Brayden Griffin, a 16-year-old from Meridian, has been identified by the Ada County Coroner’s Office as the teen who lost his life in a car crash early Saturday morning on Eagle Road.

 

According to officials, Brayden was behind the wheel and the only occupant of the vehicle when it wrecked between East Commercial Street and East Pine Avenue. Emergency crews were dispatched just before 4:00 a.m., and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

The coroner’s report confirmed that his death resulted from injuries sustained in the collision.

 

A GoFundMe page has since been created to help the Griffin family cover the costs associated with his funeral. Authorities have not yet released further details about the cause of the crash, which remains under investigation.
