Doris Prine dies in fatal Bonneville County car crash

Fatal Bonneville County car crash death of Doris Prine – Obituary

Doris Prine, a 61-year-old woman from Terreton, lost her life in a two-vehicle crash on Friday afternoon in Bonneville County. The Bonneville County Coroner, Shante Sanchez, confirmed that Prine died at the scene.

The collision happened around 3 p.m. on Lewisville Highway near the intersection of 5th East and 97th North. According to a report from the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, a southbound pickup truck crossed into the northbound lane, leading to a head-on crash with Prine’s car.

The impact caused both vehicles to overturn, ejecting both drivers from their vehicles. Prine, the only person in her car, did not survive. The 21-year-old man driving the pickup was transported to a nearby hospital with serious injuries. His current condition has not been disclosed.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
