Fatal East Palatka house fire death of Enrique Hernandez Mendez – Obituary

Enrique Hernandez Mendez, 33, was one of the victims who tragically lost his life in a deadly fire in East Palatka, Florida, on May 12, 2025. The fire consumed the family home at 215 North Maryland Avenue, roughly 60 miles south of Jacksonville. Enrique, along with his 31-year-old brother Fernando Hernandez Mendez and 4-year-old Angel Enrique Diaz Perez, died in the blaze.
