Joshua Bradley, a 39-year-old resident of Jones County, lost his life Tuesday afternoon after being hit by a vehicle in Houston County, Georgia. According to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, the incident took place around 3:30 p.m. on Grovania Road.

Authorities say a 43-year-old woman from Houston County was behind the wheel of a Jeep Compass when she struck Bradley, who was reportedly working in the area at the time. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
