Fatal Fresno car crash death of Khushmeet Mahal – Obituary

Khushmeet Mahal, a 21-year-old Fresno resident, lost her life after a high-speed accident that ended in flames at Woodward Park. The Fresno County Coroner’s Office confirmed her identity on Wednesday.

The incident happened in the early hours of May 9, around 2 a.m., when Mahal was reportedly speeding along Shepherd Avenue near Friant Road. According to authorities, she was unable to navigate a turn and drove directly into a maintenance yard located within the park.

Following the crash, the vehicle caught fire, and Mahal was pronounced dead at the scene.
