Owen Topliff dies in fatal Sioux City motorcycle crash

Fatal Sioux City motorcycle crash death of Owen Topliff – Obituary

Owen Topliff, 27, of Sioux City, passed away following a motorcycle accident that occurred on May 4th near the South Lakeport exit along eastbound Highway 20.

According to Sioux City Police, Topliff was operating a motorcycle when it struck the back of an SUV just before 11 p.m. He suffered critical injuries in the collision and later died as a result.

A female passenger on the motorcycle, identified as Kelsey Kanaby, was also seriously injured in the crash. The woman who was driving the SUV was not harmed.

The incident remains under investigation.
