Authorities in Montgomery County have identified the victim in a deadly shooting at the 1485 East RV Park as 67-year-old Billy Fisher. The incident took place on the afternoon of May 10, 2025, near the 24000 block of FM 1485 in New Caney, Texas.

Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 2:00 PM and discovered Fisher with several gunshot wounds. Emergency responders attempted life-saving procedures, but Fisher was declared dead at the location.

Witnesses at the RV park reported seeing the shooting unfold. Officers were able to detain the suspect, who stayed at the scene. He was later identified as 58-year-old Timothy Sisco. Investigators say that Fisher and Sisco were neighbors and had a long-standing history of disputes. On this particular day, the conflict escalated when Sisco allegedly drew a firearm and shot Fisher multiple times.

Sisco has been charged with murder and booked into the Montgomery County Jail. He is being held on a $500,000 bond as detectives continue their investigation into the incident. Officials have stated that this appears to be an isolated event involving only the two individuals.
