Dylan Greig, a 22-year-old Dover resident, has been confirmed by police as the victim of a deadly single-car accident that took place on Sixth Street during the early hours of May 16.

 

Authorities reported that the crash happened around midnight in the area between County Farm Cross Road and Long Hill Road. Greig was driving a 2019 Ford Ranger pickup truck and had no passengers at the time. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.

 

According to a statement from the Dover Police Department, the vehicle veered off the roadway and collided with a utility pole, snapping it in the process. Officials confirmed that no other cars were involved. Initially, Greig’s identity was withheld as police conducted their investigation.
