Anthony Owens Jr., 44, was identified by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office as the man who was killed in a shooting that took place early Saturday morning in Summit Township, Michigan.

The incident occurred shortly after midnight on the 100 block of Lincoln Court, where Owens Jr. and three other individuals were seated on a porch when gunfire erupted. Owens Jr. died at the scene, while the other three victims were taken to a local hospital. Authorities reported that their injuries are not life-threatening and they are expected to recover.

At this time, investigators have not identified any suspects, and the case remains under active investigation.
