Terrence Smith dies in fatal Richmond shooting

Fatal Richmond shooting death of Terrence Smith – Obituary

Terrence Smith, 43, was fatally shot inside a Richmond apartment on the morning of May 18, prompting a homicide investigation by the Richmond Police Department.

At around 10:55 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1300 block of Coalter Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Smith lying on the floor inside the apartment with a gunshot wound.

Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
