Chase Adams, 47, lost his life after being struck by a minivan in Blackfoot, Idaho on Tuesday evening. The Bingham County Coroner, James Roberts, confirmed Adams’ identity following the tragic incident.

Authorities from the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office reported that the collision occurred near the intersection of 100 West and Mitchell Road (50 South). The minivan involved was operated by a juvenile male at the time of the crash.

After Adams was hit, a passerby stopped to provide CPR before emergency services transported him to Bingham Memorial Hospital. Despite those efforts, Adams succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.

The case remains under investigation by local officials as they work to determine the full circumstances surrounding the fatal accident.
