Authorities in Lumberton, North Carolina, are investigating a deadly shooting that occurred early Monday morning, claiming the life of 40-year-old Corey Clark.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire on Wilson Street around 1:19 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Clark suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The Lumberton Police Department is continuing to investigate the homicide and is asking anyone with relevant information to reach out at 910-671-3845.
