[Lancaster, PA] Man Jonathan Seth Arrested in Lancaster County for Hit-and-Run Injuring Teenager

 

LANCASTER, PA — Jonathan Seth, a 25-year-old resident of Lancaster City, was arrested in Lancaster County in connection with a hit-and-run incident that injured a 16-year-old riding an e-bike.

 

According to the Lancaster City Bureau of Police, Seth was taken into custody on Friday, May 23rd, following an investigation of a hit-and-run that occurred on May 19th at the first block of South Marshall Street. Police responded to the scene at 9:52 p.m. and found the injured teenager who received medical treatment.

 

Seth was transported to the Lancaster County detention facility and is facing multiple charges including aggravated assault, accidents involving personal injury, driving while license is suspended or revoked, recklessly endangering another person, and more. Court records also indicate a history of traffic violations and a 2019 DUI. The investigation remains ongoing.
