[Milford, MA] Man Luan Moura Arrested in Milford for Assault and Battery Charges

MILFORD, MA — Luan Moura, a 33-year-old resident of Milford, was arrested in Milford following an attempted attack involving assault and battery.

According to Milford Police, Moura was taken into custody on Wednesday, May 21st, after officers responded to a 911 call around 4 p.m. from a male victim on Reade Street who reported being assaulted and threatened with a knife. Authorities located Moura shortly after, around 4:30 p.m., as he was leaving the area in a grey Ford Edge.

Moura was transported to the local detention facility and is currently facing charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault with intent to murder. This case is still developing.
