North Charleston, SC Man Ronald Lambert Arrested in North Charleston for Stabbing
NORTH CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA — Ronald Lambert, a 38-year-old resident of North Charleston, was arrested in the city in connection with a stabbing that occurred earlier this month.
According to the North Charleston Police Department, Lambert was taken into custody on charges of attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Authorities say the incident took place on May 16 in the woods at Westvaco Park. The victim, suffering from two stab wounds, managed to reach a nearby Pilot gas station on North Rhett Avenue to seek help.
The victim was transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment. No update on their condition has been released.
Lambert was transported to the Al Cannon Detention Center and is currently being held on bonds totaling $325,000.
