Reginald Bullard dies in fatal Fayetteville shooting

Fatal Fayetteville shooting death of Reginald Bullard – Obituary

Reginald Bullard, age 53, was fatally shot on May 9 near Starbrook Drive and Southwood Drive in Fayetteville.

Authorities say the shooting stemmed from a dispute between Bullard and Stacey McCrowie, 44, of Fayetteville, who has been charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to police, Bullard and McCrowie were known to each other prior to the incident. Fayetteville police arrested McCrowie, who is currently being held without bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center. Investigators continue to look into the case details as McCrowie faces serious criminal charges.
