Augusta, Georgia Man Dannie Luke Wanted in Richmond 6 for Aggravated Assault in Apartment Shooting

AUGUSTA, GEORGIA — Dannie Luke, a 61-year-old resident of Augusta, has been identified as the suspect in a shooting at the Bon Air Apartments that left one man hospitalized Saturday evening.

According to the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the scene around 7:30 p.m. and discovered a male victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Luke is currently wanted for aggravated assault and is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities describe him as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing approximately 215 pounds.
