Arnulfo Ernesto Hernandez, 32, has been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office as the man who lost his life in a solo vehicle collision along Interstate 10 in San Antonio. Authorities confirmed that Hernandez suffered fatal blunt force injuries, and his death was ruled accidental.

The accident took place around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday near the Roland Road exit on I-10 East. According to San Antonio police, witnesses stated that Hernandez was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle, resulting in the crash.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene shortly after the incident, but Hernandez succumbed to his injuries. No other vehicles were involved, and there were no reports of additional injuries. Investigators continue to look into the circumstances, but no criminal charges are expected.
