Clifford Gilbert Finkle Jr., 77, passed away following a tragic car accident on May 24 in Macomb County, Michigan. Deputies from the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office reported that Finkle was driving along East Romeo Road near Rochester Road in Bruce Township when his vehicle veered off the road and collided with a tree.

Although he was wearing a seat belt and was pulled from the wreckage, Finkle was later pronounced dead at the hospital on Memorial Day. Authorities have stated that excessive speed played a role in the crash. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
