Jason Walsh, a 43-year-old man from Murrieta, lost his life following a pickup truck accident in Winchester early Monday morning. The Riverside County Coroner’s Office confirmed Walsh’s identity after notifying his family. The crash happened around 1:12 a.m. at the intersection of Domenigoni Parkway and Red Root Road near Menifee, according to the California Highway Patrol. A witness reported that a white pickup truck was obstructing the road with debris scattered nearby. Walsh was transported to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar, where he was pronounced dead.
