Fatal Wellfleet hit-and-run pedestrian death of Timothy Duval – Obituary
Authorities have confirmed that 24-year-old Timothy Duval, a U.S. Army veteran from Tallahassee, Florida, was the pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run incident late Saturday night in Wellfleet. Duval, who was visiting Cape Cod on vacation, had been out with friends before he became separated from the group. He was walking along Ocean View Drive when he was fatally hit by a vehicle.

The Wellfleet Police Department is being supported in this case by the State Medical Examiner’s Office, the Cape Cod Regional Law Enforcement Council Crash Reconstruction Team, and the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office.
