Fatal Fremont County ATV crash death of Kenneth Spomer – Obituary

Kenneth Spomer, a resident of Corrine, Utah, tragically lost his life Sunday afternoon in an ATV accident at the St. Anthony Sand Dunes, according to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office. Chief Deputy Cody Gudmunson reported that Spomer rode his ATV over the crest of a dune and landed forcefully at the base.

Authorities noted that Spomer was not wearing a helmet or harness at the time of the crash and died instantly from the impact. Officials also mentioned that alcohol could have contributed to the incident.

Fremont County Coroner Brenda Dye confirmed Spomer’s identity, and the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office shared that deputies, EMS, and Air Idaho Rescue responded to the emergency call.
