Brent Nicklas, 49, has been identified as the person who lost his life in a deadly two-vehicle crash at the intersection of East Boulder Street and North Academy Boulevard in Colorado Springs, according to the local police department.

Emergency crews responded to the crash site around 8:05 a.m. on May 14 after receiving reports of a collision involving two vehicles. The Major Crash Team was called in due to the seriousness of the incident and took over the investigation.
