Fatal Reno car crash death of Israel Lerma-Flores, Jesse Bravo, and Adrian Morales – Obituary

Three teenagers lost their lives following a devastating car accident on May 25, 2025, along South McCarran Boulevard near Skyline Boulevard in Reno. The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the victims as 18-year-old Israel Lerma-Flores from Sparks, 17-year-old Jesse Bravo from Reno, and 17-year-old Adrian Morales from Yerington.

Lerma-Flores and Bravo were pronounced deceased at the crash site, while Morales was transported to Renown Regional Medical Center and succumbed to his injuries three days later on May 28.

Reno Police reported that the single-vehicle crash occurred shortly before 3:45 a.m. and resulted in multiple passengers being ejected. The vehicle was engulfed in flames upon arrival, and a bystander intervened to pull some occupants to safety. Of the remaining passengers, one teen is still hospitalized in critical condition, and another sustained injuries that are not life-threatening.

Authorities suspect high speed and possible driver impairment played a role in the crash, but the exact cause and manner of death are still under investigation. The Reno Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team is leading the inquiry.
