Fatal Bannock County car crash death of Kimberly Reynolds – Obituary

Kimberly Reynolds, a 26-year-old woman from Rexburg, lost her life in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 15, just south of Pocatello, on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Bannock County Coroner’s Office and Idaho State Police.

The incident happened around 3:45 p.m. as Reynolds was driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla northbound on I-15. At milepost 62, she failed to manage a curve, causing the vehicle to veer off the left side of the road and into the median.

Reynolds died at the scene due to the severity of her injuries. A male passenger, also 26 years old, was transported by ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello. His current condition has not been disclosed.

Authorities have notified her next of kin, and the Idaho State Police continue to investigate the crash. Bannock County Coroner Torey Danner offered condolences to Reynolds’ family and loved ones during this difficult time.
