Lloyd Housen, a 62-year-old man from Kingston East, was found dead in the yard behind his home on Slipe Road. Authorities report that Housen, who was deaf, blind, and mute, was discovered lying in a pool of blood around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday night.

Police suspect that Housen may have attempted to climb a fence, sustained an injury during the fall, and was subsequently found wounded. Emergency responders rushed him to Kingston Public Hospital, where he was declared dead.
