Michelle Seaton has been identified as the woman who tragically lost her life in a deadly accident involving a tractor in Vermilion Parish. The crash occurred late Tuesday morning near the Woodlawn Bridge area in the northern region of the parish.

Reports indicate that around 11:30 a.m., Seaton’s vehicle left the roadway and ended up in a ditch. Investigators are still working to determine whether the car first struck the sugar cane tractor or the subsoiler attached to it.
