Fatal Toledo shooting death of Norman Allen – Obituary

Norman Allen, 40, lost his life after being shot near a Circle K store on Haverhill Drive in Toledo on May 27, according to the Lucas County Coroner’s Office. His autopsy revealed that he suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the back, which damaged his aorta and liver, along with a grazing wound to his shoulder.

 

Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 6 p.m., finding Allen lying in the grass near the gas station. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The coroner classified the death as a homicide.

 

Toledo Police reported that another individual was also shot during the incident and taken to a hospital in critical condition. As of now, no suspects have been named. Authorities are urging anyone with details about the shooting to contact Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
