Julien Marchand, 48, tragically lost his life in a collision involving his motorcycle and a van on the A819 near Tullich in Argyll.

The accident happened around 4 p.m. on Friday when his Triumph Tiger bike collided with a Ford Transit van. Emergency responders arrived promptly but declared Marchand deceased at the scene. The van driver was unharmed.
