Fatal San Diego car crash death of Samantha Nicole Dimaano Spradlin – Obituary

Samantha Nicole Dimaano Spradlin, 32, was killed when the SUV she was driving veered off the 15 freeway in San Diego early Saturday morning and slammed into a eucalyptus tree. The incident happened around 2:33 a.m. just south of University Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The force of the collision caused the vehicle to break apart and ignite in flames. Emergency personnel arriving on the scene found Spradlin deceased inside the wreckage.

The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed her identity and ruled her death accidental.
